About Angela

Hi, I’m Angela. I am passionate about helping adults through life transitions of all kinds. Maybe you’re in the midst of trying to get adjusted to college, a new job, a new relationship, or the ending of one, or a new role. I’m especially passionate about helping women through mid-life and the menopausal transition. These transition phase in people’s lives are often met with dismissal, loneliness, and stigma, where you feel overwhelmed and misunderstood. All of these transitions can increase stress and anxiety, bringing up past trauma symptoms or the diminished capacity to cope effectively. The stress of life transitions can exacerbate struggles or bring them to light for the first time. It can also bring about the need to re-examine values , relationships or reclaim self identity. I can help you develop skills to successfully navigate through the fear of the unknown as you ease into new stages of life.
