It’s all possible with the right therapist!

Individualized Treatment

We offer individual therapy for the treatment of eating disorders, anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and suicide or self injurious behavior concerns. We are also specialized in working with perfectionism, self-worth and body image. Our therapists have extensive training in therapy treatments such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Radically Open-DBT (RO-DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Prolonged Exposure (PE) and EMDR. Our therapy space is safe and inclusive for all. We are a neurodiversity affirming practice.

Therapy Sessions

Our individual therapy sessions typically range from 45-55 minutes (90 minutes for EMDR) and can be held at a frequency that you and your therapist determine is most effective to meet your needs. This usually starts out as weekly sessions, then can decrease in frequency as progress is made.

Therapy can last from a few months to a few years, depending on your needs and goals.

It can increase psychological flexibility, openness and enhanced relationships through skills for nervous system regulation, emotional expression and direct communication.

Exposure Methods

Prolonged Exposure and Exposure and Response Prevention therapies can help in decrease anxiety symptoms associated with trauma, phobias, flashbacks and obsessive compulsive thought and behavior patterns. These methods help you decrease avoidance by building skills to safely expose you to things you fear.

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy

Standard DBT that has shown to be effective for the management of suicidal and self injurious behaviors. It can assist with emotional regulation and improve relationships with interpersonal skills. DBT Therapists are highly trained in using equal parts validation and pushing you to integrate new skills so that you feel both supported and challenged.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

EMDR is an effective trauma treatment that can provide quick relief of trauma related symptoms. It can be used with both complex trauma and acute trauma. EMDR effects the way your brain processes information to unlearn automatic responses and thought processes that no longer are helpful to you. It can help alleviate anxiety, hyper-vigilance and flashbacks.
